Detox Diatomaceous Earth Smoothie & Juice Recipes

Smoothies can be a great way to boost your daily nutrition. They can also be a great way to take Diatomaceous earth. Simply add 1 teaspoon of DE to your favorite fruit and veggie smoothie. these will for sure work as an amazing detox agent. The weight loss testimonials are fairly high for using this consistently along with a great workout.

For added benefit and flavor, you can add a few drops of essential oil to your smoothie. Some popular choices are lemon, lime, orange, and grapefruit oils. You can also try peppermint, ginger, lavender, or cinnamon. Start with a drop or two. Depending on the strength of the oil, you can add more according to your taste.*

Green Diatomaceous Smoothie

This recipe was designed with diatomaceous earth in mind, and DE was already included with the recipe, so it's a great way to try adding DE to smoothies.
