WHAT IT DOES:

As the mud slowly hardens, the natural silica, activated charcoal and raw minerals found in the mud gently draws out heavy metals, dirt and toxins that lie deep beneath each tissue layer. This powder penetrates the skin to clear clogged pores and aids in removing dead skin cells; unveiling new skin that brings the face a new, natural and radiant glow. 

This product is safe for all skin types and is made with all-natural ingredients. 

USE:

For External Use: Mix powder with equal parts of apple cider vinegar or water. It is best to use a glass, pottery, or wooden bowl. Stir the mixture until it is a smooth paste - add more clay or liquid as needed. Apply 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick layer of clay to the face or other areas and let it dry. Drying times vary, but times are generally 5 minutes for delicate skin and 15- 20 minutes for normal skin. You will feel a pulling and tightening sensation. 

For Internal Use: Start off with 1 teaspoon a day 1-2 hours before eating, 10 days on 10 days off. Mix in water, a smoothie, or your favorite juice. DO NOT INHALE

To use as a tooth whitening powder, dip your damp toothbrush into the powder, then brush for two minutes. Rinse with warm water until no residue remains.
